Meet Iesha 
Williams

I am Iesha Williams, a life coach, author, motivational speaker, business consultant, and creative strategist. Through Iesha Williams Enterprises, I help women, entrepreneurs, authors, ministries, and small business owners gain clarity, build with purpose, and move forward with confidence, faith, and strategy.

My passion for helping others was birthed through my own life experiences. I know what it feels like to walk through difficult seasons, face personal challenges, and still believe that God has a greater purpose on the other side. My testimony is a reminder that grace can meet you in dark places, restore your confidence, and give you the strength to keep moving forward.

As The Affirming Coach, my heart is to encourage, equip, and affirm individuals as they discover who they are, heal from what they have overcome, and step boldly into their God-given purpose. My work is rooted in faith, compassion, accountability, and practical guidance.

In addition to coaching and speaking, I bring years of experience in administration, business development, branding, publishing support, marketing materials, and creative strategy. I have a strong passion for helping startups, ministries, authors, and small businesses create structure, present themselves professionally, and build with excellence.

I also serve as the founder of RestoringHER Crown Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for women and children through community support, empowerment, and faith-centered outreach.

My mission is simple: to use my faith, skills, testimony, and experience to help others become who God created them to be while building lives, brands, and businesses with purpose.
